At Cell Phone Repair of Atlanta we are often confronted with the same questions over and over.  The reality is that if you are having a problem someone else has probably experienced the same problem in the past.

How long will it take to repair my phone?
We can usually repair your phone within the same day we receive your phone.
 

How much will it cost to fix my phone?
We really won't know until we are able to properly examine your phone and figure out exactly what is causing the problem. Then we will give you a call will a firm price on your repair.  If you would like a ball park estimate please click here for the ESTIMATE page and we'll do our best to give you an idea of the cost.  All estimates are subject to an inspection of the phone.
 

How do I pay for my repair?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also give us a money order but we will need for it to clear and this will prolong the time before you get your phone back.
 

What should I do to mail you my phone?
Click on the REPAIRS page and scroll down to the Mail-In section. You will find a link to our customer data sheet on this page. Fill that out and send it in with your phone to us - the exact shipping instructions are on the form.  Make sure to include the best phone numbers to contact you at for the quickest service.
 

What should I do if I suspect my phone has liquid/water damage?
Take the battery out immediately.  DO NOT attempt to turn the phone on.  Then get the phone to us as quickly as possible.  We can't fix all instances of water damage but your chances are better if you get the phone to us as soon as possible.
 

Can you unlock my phone?
Yes, we can unlock most GSM phones - we can even unlock the iPhone so you can run it on T-Mobile !
 

Do you fix any other electronic devices?
Yes, we do fix many other electronic devices including items such as iPods, PDAs, video game consoles ( XBox, Wii, etc), computers, handheld electronic games such as the Nintendo DS, and many other items.. Give us a call or fill out the ESTIMATE form and we'll let you know what we can do to be of assistance.  Please remember - we can't give you an estimate until we see your device.

What if I already have the part that is needed to fix my phone?
We can install your part for an installation fee, but we can not warranty the repair because we have not provided the part.
